In case you have received a wrong item or defective or damaged products, you can send us an email to support@gofig.in with a refund request and supporting pictures. We will notify you once we’ve assessed your request and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Inventory liquidation is the process of selling surplus, slow-moving, or short-dated stock through Gofig’s marketplace, corporate channels, and offline activations.
