Short-dated products are items that are nearing their "”Expiry date” or “Best before" date but are still safe to consume and maintain their quality, taste, and nutritional value.

Low shelf-life products are perfectly safe to consume as they have not yet reached their expiry date yet! We do not advocate the consumption of products that have passed their expiry date.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-36 hours of order placement and will reach you within 2-5 business days from shipment.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its delivery status.

Since we deal in food items & cosmetics, we follow a no-returns policy. We request you to kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@gofig.in in case the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Best Before: Indicates the period when the product is at its peak quality but is still safe to consume after this date.

Expiry Date: Indicates the date after which the product should not be consumed for safety reasons.

The Eco-Savings number quantifies your impact and contribution in terms of the kgs of food rescued from being wasted. The more you shop on Gofig, the higher your eco-savings impact.
